I’m an AI Adoption Specialist based in Ahmedabad, India. My work sits between strategy and engineering: I find the useful problem, shape the workflow, guide what gets built and help the change become part of everyday work.

AI tools are easy. AI adoption is the work.
Each chapter added a layer: building, production discipline, communication and adoption.
Co-founding an AI automation consultancy taught me to move from a business conversation to a working system—and to own the result after the handover. Across my career, that work grew into 50+ delivered projects.
For roughly 2.5 years, I worked on document processing, multi-entity consolidation and ML transaction systems with 95%+ accuracy. Production made the unglamorous details impossible to ignore: exceptions, integrations, security and reliability.
I train Income Tax Department officers and visiting international government officials on AI in investigation. More than 200 people have been trained. Explaining complex systems to non-technical leaders became part of how I build them.
Since September 2025, I have worked between clients, business problems, delivery teams and engineers—finding where AI belongs, guiding implementation and creating the structure that helps teams use it confidently.
I work hands-on, but the technology is only one layer of the answer.
